Changes in attitude must come as a natural unfolding of God's grace in the human dynamic. Attitude change activated by drugs is not a clear delivery of one's True Nature, it is mind's decision over opening of the heart. No decision of mind activates heart light and the awareness available when mind is quiet.

Prayer is not the same as quiet. Prayer uses mental activity and desires are always named. Making these requests does more to block the light than it does to attract it.

Only noticing how the mind appears to disrupt the quiet can direct the next days of creation. In dropping the mental activity, more awareness can appear and light comes with awareness.

Attitudes only become contracted energy when they get dramatized as a negative dilemma.
As a negative dilemma they call to awareness for a cure.

Close your eyes and notice a change in your awareness.
It moves around until the altered state has been achieved.

When the body has become very still, all the universes are able to have the benefit of that body's love.
