Practice being completely present in all circumstances. Allow the day's activities to be created by our realm, not the mind's idea of what can be done today. Give the light your attention. Meditate.

Accept two changes in the body: 1. an energy alignment that is occurring and 2. more dreams to let go of "less than aware" non-aligned energies. Be glad that these things are occurring to open the door to disappearance of this container.

When the next God delivered ascension occurs, it means that who you actually are will be liberated.
