Cancel all discussion that disturbs others. Are you able to take complete responsibility for all conflict in your awareness? All of this reflects conflict in your own mental attitudes. Calling this to the attention of the reflection does not disolve the conflict, it only spreads it. Instead, ask for help to delete the conflict in your own psyche. When you do this, the conflict will be diluted in consciousness.
